Learned counsel for the appellant was elevated to the bench long ago and has since retired. The notices sent to the appellant to engage another counsel have returned back unserved for want of correct address.

There is no way to ascertain correct address of the appellant who has been grossly negligent in pursuing the matter. The second appeal is dismissed for want of prosecution.
