Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. With consent of the learned counsel for the parties, this writ petition is disposed of at this stage without calling for a counter affidavit.
The grievance of the petitioner is with regard to payment of arrears of pension from November, 1997 to May, 2005 which, according to him, amounts to Rs. 1,54,688/- plus interest. The submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that with regard to such grievance he has already filed representation before the respondent-authorities which have yet not been decided.
Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of this case, this writ petition is disposed of with the direction that in case if, with regard to his grievances made in this writ petition, the petitioner files a fresh comprehensive representative before the District Basic Education Officer, Varanasi, Respondent no.2, along with a certified copy of this order, the same shall be considered and decided by the said Respondent no.2, in accordance with law, by a speaking order, within a period of two months form the date of filing of the same.
With the aforesaid observations/directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No order as to cost.
