Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A.
This application has been filed with a prayer that the bail application of the applicant may be considered and disposed of on the same day in case crime no. 463-A of 2006 under sections 307m324 and 506 I.P.C. P.S. Heempur district Bijnor.
It is contended by the learned counsel for the applicant that there is a cross version of the alleged incident and the applicant and other co-accused persons have been released on bail. He is a law abiding citizen. He wants to appear before the court contend but he has apprehension in mind that in case he appears before the court concerned and applies for bail his bail application shall not be considered and disposed of on the same day.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant it is directed that in case the applicant appears before the court concerned within 30 days from today and applies for bail his bail application shall be considered and disposed of expeditiously, if possible on the same day and no coercive steps shall be taken against the applicant for a period of 30 days from today.
With the above direction the application is finally disposed of.
