Second illness application of Sri Dharmendra Vaish, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner has been filed.

Let it appear on 7th September, 2007 as for orders.

If the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner is ill perpetually, in that case a fresh counsel has to be engaged or alternative arrangement will be made for the purpose of expediting the hearing of the matter on the next date. In further, if more than one counsel is available, Court will expect that the counsel, who is not ill, will proceed with matter. It is clearly understood that in case of failure even thereafter the Court will proceed even in his or their absence.
