Heard learned counsel for the applicants and the learned A.G.A.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicants that the applicants are named in the F.I.R. but during investigation the name of the applicant came to light only on the basis of doubt and suspicion because it was alleged that the deceased and the applicants were having illicit relation with Champa Devi, due to this reason the deceased has been murdered by the applicants and Smt. Champa Devi.
In view of the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicants and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case the applicants are entitled to be released on bail.
Let the applicants Nibu alias Vishal Gond and Pappu Gond involved in case crime no. 473 of 2006 under Sections 304,12-B and 201 I.P.C., P.S. Durgganj District Bhadohi be released on bail on their furnishing a personal bond and two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Court concerned.
