Heard counsel for the petitioner. Learned standing counsel appears for respondents No. 1 and 2. Sri V. K. Singh has accepted notice on behalf of respondent no. 4. Sri B.P. Singh has accepted notice on behalf of respondent No. 3 and 5. No notice is being issued to respondent no. 6. Liberty is reserved to the respondents No.6 to move an application for revocation, clarification, variation and modification of the order if they feel so aggrieved.
The only prayer pressed by the petitioner in this writ petition is that the District Magistrate may be directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 23.12.2006 by which representation the petitioner claimed his selection as Shiksha Mitra. Petitioner's case is that the petitioner's application has been removed deliberately since her marks were highest. Petitioner has already submitted representation ends of justice will serve in disposing of the writ petition directing the District Magistrate to consider the representation of the petitioner after giving opportunity to the affected parties expeditiously preferably within a period of three weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
With the aforesaid direction the writ petition is disposed of.
