A proceeding under Section 122-B of the U.P. Zamindari Abolition & Land Reforms Act was initiated against the petitioner in respect of Gaon Sabha plot. The petitioner's case is that he is in possession of the land for over 60 years which was given by the then Zamindar. No kasra extract has been filed by the petitioner to substantiate his possession. According to the report of the Rajasva Nirikshak the possession of the petitioner is from 1411 Fasli. The finding that the petitioner were not able to establish old possession is one of fact. The finding recorded by the authorities below in the summary proceedings is based upon material. No ground for interference in extra ordinary jurisdiction has been made out. Dismissed.
