The only submission made by the counsel for the petitioner is that the appeal no. 79 of the petitioner pending before the Settlement Officer, Consolidation, Banda since May 2006 be directed to dispose of it of within a time bound period.

I have heard learned standing counsel and Sri N.N. Verma, holding brief for Sri V.K. Singh counsel for respondent no.5 also.

In the facts and circumstances this writ petition is disposed of with the direction to respondent No.4 to decide the aforesaid case expeditiously.
