HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD

Hon'ble Tarun Agarwala, J.

Against issuance of the notice on an application for grant of temporary injunction the petitioner has filed the present writ petition. In my opinion, the petitioner should contest the matter before the trial court itself.

The writ petition is dismissed.

Considering the facts and the circumstances of the case that has been brought on record, I direct the trial court to decide the injunction application within three months from the date of the production of a certified copy of this order after hearing the parties.
