Applicant Ravindra @ Bhoolu son of Sri Atar Singh has prayed for release on bail in Case Crime No. 79/35/2007, under Section 8/20 N.D.P.S. Act, P.S. Narsena, District Bulandshahr.
Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the material on record.
Learned counsel for the applicant has contended that applicant is alleged to have been found in possession of 125 grams of Charas.
Learned A.G.A. has contended that there is criminal history against the applicant. However, it appears to be first case under N.D.P.S. Act.
Learned counsel for the applicant has contended that he has already been acquitted in one case, final report has been submitted in the second case and the report under Section 169 Cr.P.C in two cases. He is on bail in other three cases.
In the circumstances, applicant be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond and two heavy sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned.
He shall also give an undertaking that he will not indulge in any criminal or antisocial activity and shall not give any threat to the complainant or the witnesses and if any adverse report is found, it shall be properly enquired into and report shall be made to this court so that his bail may be cancelled.
