HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD

Hon.Janardan Sahai,J

The patta granted in favour of the petitioner has been cancelled. The revision against that order has been dismissed by the Addl.Commissioner. The finding is that the petitioner is the brother of the Gram Pradhan and belongs to a family which has adequate means and is not a landless agricultural labourer. There is also a finding that the allotment was made as an act of favouritism. These are findings of fact. No ground for interference under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been made out. Dismissed.
