HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE OF ALLAHABAD

Hon'ble Yatindra Singh,J.

Hon'ble Ran Vijai Singh,J.

This is a writ petition for direction to the respondents to stop the unlicensed persons from writing the deed.

We have heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Standing Counsel for the respondents.

The petitioner has not mentioned the specific name of unlicensed persons who are indulged in this activity. There is no merit in the writ petition.

However, it will be open to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition mentioning the specific name of the persons who are not entitled to work as deed writer.

With this observations this writ petition is dismissed.
