Respondent No.1, Prescribed Authority/ Civil Judge (Senior Division), Azamgarh, is directed to decide P.A. Case No.2 of 2003 very expeditiously preferably within six months from the date on which a certified copy of this order is filed before the Prescribed Authority. It is further directed that no unnecessary adjournment shall be given to any party. If any adjournment is sought by any of the parties, then the same shall be granted on very heavy cost, which shall not be less than Rs.500/- per adjournment.
