HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD

Hon'ble Janardan Sahai, J

It is submitted by the petitioner's counsel that the order dated 27.1.2006 was passed against him without giving any opportunity or service of notice. In view of this stand of the petitioner it is open to him to file an application before the Deputy Director of Consolidation for setting aside his order. As the petitioner has an alternative remedy, it is not a fit case for interference. With the aforesaid observation this writ petition is disposed of.
