The petitioner's case is that she has purchased the disputed land from Ramwati and Sanjowati and has applied for mutation of her name over the plot on the basis of the sale deed. It is stated that objections have been filed by Sher Singh respondent no.3 to which the petitioner has filed a reply. The prayer is that the Tehsildar, Bulandshahr respondent no.2 be directed to dispose of the objections and the case. In the facts and circumstances it is directed that Tehsildar, Bulandshahr, respondent no.2 shall pass appropriate orders taking into account the objections of Sher Singh respondent no.3 and shall decide the case expeditiously unless there is some stay order on account of which proceedings cannot go on. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
