Learned standing counsel appears for respondents No. 1 to 4. He prays for and is allowed four weeks time to file counter affidavit.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the appellate authority has granted interim order on 13.7.2007 which order was operating till the appeal was dismissed. Petitioner's case is that only on complaint of two persons the licence was cancelled whereas the petitioner in his explanation given details and filed affidavits of large card holders saying that the complaint is baseless. He further submits that the appellate authority refers to certain other persons whose names were not mentioned as complainant. The petitioner has made out a case for grant of interim relief.
Till the next date of listing the interim order which was operating during the pendency of the appeal shall continue to operate.
