This is a writ petition against notice dated 14.07.2007 under section 13(2) of the Secrutisation/Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security interest Act 2002.

We have heard counsel for the petitioner, standing counsel and Sri Tarun Verma for the respondents.

The petitioner may, if he so advised, take the proceedings under the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002.

With these observations, writ petition is dismissed.
