HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD

Hon'ble Janardan Sahai, J

The grievance of the petitioner is that the Board of Revenue has passed an exparte order on 6.8.2007 in reference no. 50 (LR) of 1991/92 by which the petitioner is adversely affected. It is stated that no notice of the date fixed was given to the petitioner. If that be so the petitioner has remedy of filing an application for setting aside the order before the Board itself. Counsel for the petitioner states that the restoration application will be filed by the petitioner within two weeks from today. In case such an application is filed, the Board shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders. With the aforesaid direction, this petition is disposed of.
