Hon. Yatindra Singh,J.

Hon. Vijay Kumar Verma, J.

In this writ petition, the petitioner is challenging recovery proceedings.

We have heard counsel for the petitioner, Standing counsel for the State and Sri K.R.S. Jadaun for respondent no.4.

Respondent no. 4 has already been filed suit No. 110 of 1993 for recovery of money. There is nothing to show that recovery is being done otherwise. The writ petition has no cause of action. In case any recovery proceedings are started then the petitioner shall have right to take appropriate legal proceedings.

The petitioner may, if he so advised, take appropriate proceeding in the suit.
