HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD

Hon. Tarun Agarwala,J.

Heard the learned counsel for the applicants.

Against an amendment application the present application under Article 227 of the Constitution has been filed. In my view, an order allowing the amendment application is final order and comes within the ambit of a case decided. Consequently, the said order is revisable under Section 115 of the C.P.C. No interference is required under Article 227 of the Constitution of India.

The application is dismissed on the ground of alternative remedy.

Dated: 24.9.2007
