HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD

Hon. Tarun Agarwala,J.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners.

The application under Order 6 Rule 17 was rejected by the court below, which was affirmed by the revisional court.

In my view, the Court below rightly dismissed the writ petition. Admittedly the suit is of the year 1992. The issues were framed as far back as in the year 1996. The matter was posted for hearing and at that stage the application was filed. In my opinion, the application for amendment was filed only for delay the case. Consequently, this Court is not inclined to interfere in the order.

The writ petition is dismissed.
