HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD

Hon. Tarun Agarwala,J.

Upon perusal of the order sheet it transpires that the matter has been transferred to the Civil Judge (Senior Division) who was earlier hearing the matter as the IIIrd Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bijnor. In my view no willful contempt is made out against the opposite party.

The contempt application is dismissed.

This Court however, observe that the opposite party will comply with the order of the Writ Court dated 18.12.2006 and decide the matter on a priority basis within three months from the date of the production of the certified copy of this order.

Dated: 27.9.2007
