The writ petition arises out of mutation proceedings. Siya Ram was a tenureholder of the disputed land. The petitioner's case is that the tenureholder Siya Ram had executed an unregistered Will in her favour on 22.4.80. The petitioner alleges that Siya Ram was the father's uncle of the petitioner. The revision of the petitioner has been dismissed. The finding is that the deceased tenureholder had left behind the widow who was recorded after the death of Siya Ram. The Will has not been found to be proved. The finding does not suffer from any error which may call for interference under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. However the finding in the mutation case recorded by the courts below shall not be binding in a regular suit. With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of
