In my view there is no error in the order of the trial court in issuing notice on the injunction application to the tenant-respondent.

The writ petition fails and is dismissed.

However, the trial court is directed to decide the injunction application on the date fixed and if for some reason the trial court is unable to decide the same, it shall be endeavour to decide the same within four weeks from the date of the production of a certified copy of this order.
