HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD
Hon'ble Janardan Sahai, J.
The only prayer pressed by the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the application for interim relief which has been filed by the petitioner and is pending before the Consolidation Officer in a case under Section 9-A (2) of U.P. Consolidation of Holdings Act be directed to be disposed of at an early date.
Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing counsel also this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Consolidation Officer to pass appropriate order on the application of the petitioner expeditiously. It is made clear that no opinion upon the merits or maintainability of the application is being expressed by this Court and the same may be considered by the Consolidation Officer in accordance with law.
