HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD

Hon.Janardan Sahai,J

It is submitted by the petitioner's counsel that the order of the Dy.Director of Consolidation impugned dated 15.5.07 is an ex parte order and that the petitioner had no information about the hearing of the revision. As it is being contended that the order was passed without any notice of the date to the petitioner, it is open to the petitioner to make an application for setting aside the order dated 15.5.07 before the Dy.Director of Consolidation himself. The petitioner has an alternative remedy. No ground for interference has been made out. The petition is disposed of.
