Shiv Shanker Yadav v. Kamla Kant, District Inspector Of Schools, Ballia - CONTEMPT APPLICATION (CIVIL) No. - 552 of 2007 RD-AH 16252 (3 October 2007)
HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD
Hon. Tarun Agarwala,J.
The applicant alleges non-compliance of the order dated 28.7.2006 by the opposite party. It has come on record that the the opposite party has now been transferred and now an impleadment application has been filed to implead the present incumbent holding the post of District Inspector of Schools. In my opinion, no useful purpose would be served in impleading the opposite party in view of the direction which I propose to pass.
The contempt application is disposed of with a direction to the applicant to file a copy of the order of the Writ Court dated 28.7.2006 along with the certified copy of this order before the District Inspector of Schools. Upon such orders being filed along with the representation, the District Inspector of Schools, upon receipt of the aforesaid orders and the representation will decide the matter within six weeks from the date of the receipt of the certified copy of this order.
