Sri A. P. Tiwari has put in appearance on behalf of respondent no. 4. He prays for and is allowed two weeks time to file counter affidavit. Rejoinder affidavit may be filed within two weeks thereafter.

List on expiry of aforesaid period.

In the mean time no recovery in pursuance of the impugned award shall be made from the petitioner. However, the workman shall be entitled for current wages in accordance with law.
