Office reports that on appeal notices were issued in 1977. The respondent No.1 had gone out. Notices were affixed on his house. Respondent Nos.2 and 3 had gone out in relationship and respondent No.4 was served personally. An application for substituting the heirs of sole appellant is also pending since 1983. It is matter of deep and serious concern of this Court that the office report has been generated in appeal after 30 years. The substitution application is allowed. The heirs shall be brought on record. Notices have been served on respondent No.4 and shall be deemed to be served on respondent No.1. Let fresh notices be issued to respondent Nos.2 and 3. Steps within a week, returnable in six weeks. If no steps are taken, the matter shall be listed under Chapter XII Rule 4 of the Rules of the Court.
