Heard counsel for the petitioner and the learned standing counsel.

By this writ petition the petitioner has prayed for qu ashing 26.9.2007 passed by the District Panchayat Raj Officer stopping the petitioner from operating the accounts of Gram Nidhi. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no enquiry was held nor there is any substance in the complaint which has been referred to in the order .

In the facts of the present case ends of justice be served in permitting the petitioner to make a representation to the District Panchayat Raj Officer taking all his grounds. The District Panchayat Raj Officer shall consider the same and take appropriate decision expeditiously preferably within a period of one month.

With the above observation the writ petition is disposed of.
