HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD

Hon. Tarun Agarwala,J.

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The applicant is present in the Court today and an application along with an affidavit has been filed tendering unconditional apology.

Considering the facts and the circumstances of the case coupled with the facts that the order of the Writ Court has been complied with by the opposite party and considering the fact that the applicant is an illiterate and rustic person who does not know the intricacies of law, this Court forgives him of his demeanour and purges the contempt.

The contempt application is dismissed.
