Contention of the petitioner is that Mansoor Ali S/o Rahim, respondent no. 5 has practised fraud on Madhyamik Shiksha Prisad, inasmuch as for the first time he has undertaken his High School Examination in the year 1985 with Roll No. 748946 and thereafter he again undertaken High School Examination in the year 1999 with Roll No. 1378964. It has also been contended that in both the examination deliberately he has changed his date of birth.
Grievance which has been sought to be raised by the petitioner can be very looked into and remedied by the Secretary Madhyamik Shiksha Prisad, U.P. at Allahabad.
Consequently, liberty is given to the petitioner to make fresh representation within one month from today, alongwith certified copy of this order before the Secretary Madhyamik Shiksha Prisad, U.P. at Allahabad who shall examine the matter on the basis of record available in respect of respondent no. 5 Mansoor Ali, S/o Rahim and take appropriate decision on the same, in accordance with law, within next three months from the date of receipt of representation.
With the above direction present writ petition is disposed of.
