J.S.C.C./ A.D.J., 11th Agra is directed to decide S.C.C. Suit No.23 of 2005 (Subhash Chandra Agarwal Vs. Sardar Mohan Singh) very expeditiously preferably within six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.

Absolutely, no unnecessary adjournment shall be granted to any of the parties. If Court is inclined to grant any adjournment in any form to any of the parties, then it must be on very heavy cost, which shall not be less than Rs.500/- per adjournment.
