Heard counsel for the petitioner.
By this writ petition the petitioner has prayed for quashing the order dated 22.3.2007 passed by the revisional court dismissing the revision filed against the order dated 30.1.2006 passed by the Additional Collector allowing the application of the respondents under Sections 28 of the U.P. Land Revenue Act, 1901. The application was filed by the respondent praying for correction of map. The case of the respondents was that in plot No. 167 in map there is no mention of Gool . Spot inspection was made and the report was submitted. The Additional Collector allowed the application against which revision was filed which has been dismissed. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the proposed Gool is being mentioned in the map on a larger area than actually it should have been. Learned Additional Collector has referred in detail the spot inspection and the measurement has conducted before the court below . The finding has been recorded that it was by mistake the Gool was not mentioned in the map for which order for correction of the map was passed. The order of Additional Collector is based appreciation of facts and report.
No grounds have been made out for interference by this Court in exercise of writ jurisdiction Under Article 226 of the Constitution.
The writ petition is dismissed.
