Heard counsel for the petitioner and Sri R. S. Prasad appearing for the respondent no. 4. No notice is being issued to respondent no. 6 and 7. Liberty is reserved to the respondents No.6 and 7 to move an application for revocation, clarification, variation and modification of the order if they feel so aggrieved.
By this writ petition the petitioner has prayed for quashing the proposal and select list dated 19.2.2006 with regard to appointment on the post of Shiksha Mitra. Against the selection the petitioner has already submitted representation dated 5.10.2007 copy of which has been field as Annexure-6 to the writ petition. According to the Government order dated 2.5.2006 all complaints regarding selection of Shiksha Mitra is to be first attended by the District Magistrate. The District Magistrate has to be approached with regard to complaint regarding Shiksha Mitra.
In view of above, ends of justice be served in disposing of the writ petition directing the District Magistrate to consider and take appropriate decision on the representation of the petitioner after giving opportunity to the affected parties in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
With the above direction the writ petition is disposed of.
