Heard counsel for the petitioner and the learned standing counsel.
The only prayer pressed by the petitioner in this writ petition is that the petitioner's representation praying for payment of gratuity with interest, which has already been made to the Director of Education (Madhyamik ), be directed to be considered and decided expeditiously. The petitioner retired as Head clerk on 31st of August, 2005 from the institution Nehru Intermediate College Masachhapar, District Kushinagar. With regard to payment of his retiral benefits it is open for the petitioner to submit a representation to the Deputy Director of Education (Madhyamik), Gorakhpur- respondent no. 3 . In case any such representation is submitted within one month from today the same may be considered and disposed of expeditiously preferably within a period of four months. The representation of the petitioner regarding payment of gratuity be also disposed of within the said period.
With the above observations the writ petition is disposed of.
