Heard counsel for the petitioner and the learned standing counsel and Sri R. K. Srivastava appearing for the respondent no. 4.
By this writ petition the petitioner has prayed for a writ of mandamus directing the respondents no. 2 and 3 to pay arrears of honorarium to the petitioner. Petitioner's case in the writ petition is that the he was selected as Shiksha Mitra and has joined on 19th January, 2006. Petitioner has already submitted a representation dated 9.5.2007 to the District Magistrate for the aforesaid purpose. The petitioner having submitted representation to the District Magistrate, ends of justice be served in disposing of the writ petition directing the District Magistrate to consider and take appropriate decision on the representation of the petitioner expeditiously preferably within a period of three months after giving opportunity to the effected parties.
With the above observations the writ petition is disposed of.
