Veer Singh v. State Of U.P. And Others - WRIT - A No. - 52565 of 2007 RD-AH 16994 (26 October 2007)
HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD
Hon'ble Ashok Bhushan, J.
Heard counsel for the petitioner and Sri P. D. Tripathi appearing for the respondent no. 6 and the learned standing counsel appearing for the respondents no. 1 to 5.
The only prayer pressed by the petitioner is that the petitioner's representation made to the Basic Shiksha Adhikari for payment of arrears of salary be directed to be considered expeditious. Petitioner's case in the writ petition is that he is working as Assistant Teacher (In-charge Head Master ) and from DIETs his salary has been stopped . Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that there is nothing adverse against the petitioner. The petitioner has already submitted representation to the Basic Shiksha Adhikari.
In view of above, ends of justice be served in disposing of the writ petition directing the Basic Shiksha Adhikari to consider and take appropriate decision on the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law.
With the above observations the writ petition is disposed.
