Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.
There is no traceability of the victim and it may not be proper to interfere in the investigation, therefore, we are not inclined to interfere in the impugned FIR.
The writ petition lacks merits and is accordingly dismissed.
However, in the event the petitioner puts in his appearance or is produced before the court below and makes an application for his release on bail in Case Crime no. 257 of 2006 under Section 364 IPC P.S. Sachandi, District Kanpur Nagar, the same shall be heard and disposed of expeditiously in accordance with law.
The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
