We have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Shambhoo Chopra for the respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to press the objections before the Assessing Officer.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed with liberty to pursue the matter before the Assessing Officer.
