Heard the learned counsel for the applicant.

The sole grievance of the applicant is that Case No. 86 of 1997 pending in the court of Tehsildar, Tehsil Tirwa, district Kannauj may be decided at an early date. In the facts and circumstances of the case, it is desirable that the said case be decided at an early date.

It is, accordingly directed that the Tehsildar Tirwa, district Kannauj shall decide Case No. 86 of 1997 expeditiously preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.

The application is disposed of subject to the observations made above.
