In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, the application under Article 227 of the Constitution is disposed of requesting the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Ghaziabad to decide Application No. 123 of 2006 filed under Order 39 Rule 2-A CPC in pending Original Suit No. 264 of 2006 expeditiously preferably within a period of two months from the date of filing of a certified copy of this order before him.
