Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Against the impugned selection, according to the petitioner, he has not been selected. The petitioner filed representation to the authority concerned but according to further assertion of the petitioner the said representation has not been decided.

In the facts and circumstances of the case I direct respondent no.3 to decide the petitioner's representation which has been annexed as Annexure-5 to the writ petition, if the same has not been decided, within six weeks from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order.

With the above direction the writ petition is finally disposed of.
