Standing counsel prays for and is granted three weeks time to file a counter affidavit. Petitioner will have three weeks thereafter to file a rejoinder affidavit.

It is submitted by the petitioner's counsel that there is no criminal case against the petitioner in which the petitioner may have used his firearm.

In view of the contention advanced the operation of the order 12.9.2007 passed by the Licensing Authority/Additional District Magistrate, (Finance and Revenue), Aligarh shall remain stayed.
