Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.

Now the prayer of the learned counsel  for the petitioners is that the courts below be directed to expedite the bail application of the petitioners.

Consequently, the writ petition is finally disposed of with the direction that in the event the petitioners put in their appearance or are produced before the court below and make  application for their release on bail in Case Crime no.443   of 2006 under Section 147, 148, 149, 447, 307, 504, 506 IPC and 3(1)(X) SC/ST Act P.S.                    Etmadpur, District Agra, the same shall be heard and disposed of expeditiously in accordance with law.
