Sunder Kumar Khandelwal & Another v. State Of U.P. & Others - WRIT - C No. - 54263 of 2007 RD-AH 17382 (3 November 2007)
HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD
It is submitted by the petitioner's counsel that an order dated 28.6.07 was passed by the Tehsildar directing mutation of the names of the petitioners on the basis of sale deed. It is submitted that this order has become final and no appeal or revision against the said order has been filed. The petitioner's grievance is that the order of the Tehsildar is not being implemented and the petitioners' names are not being entered in the revenue records, in which connection they have filed a representation dated 19.7.07 before the Tehsildar. The prayer is that the Tehsildar be directed to dispose of the representation within a time bound period. In the facts and circumstances this petition is disposed of with the direction to the Tehsildar to pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioners expeditiously. It is made clear that no opinion upon the merits of the petitioners case is being expressed by this court.
