Until the next date of listing, the operation of award dated 3.2.2005 shall remain stayed provided the petitioner deposits before the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal half of the amount awarded within a period of one month from today. The amount may be paid to respondent no.2. In case of default, the order shall stand vacated.
