Heard Sri Kamlesh Shukla for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the respondents.
Against the order of dismissal dated 30.5.2005, the petitioner has filed statutory appeal before the appellate authority, i.e., District Magistrate, Allahabad on 10.10.2005 and it is said that the same has not been decided so far.
Learned Standing Counsel clearly stated that in case appeal has not been decided, the same shall be disposed of expeditiously.
Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of directing appellate authority, respondent no.2 that in case the appeal of the petitioner has not been disposed of, the same shall be considered and deposed of in accordance with law expeditiously, preferably within three months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order.
