The relief claimed in this application under Article 227 of the Constitution is for a direction upon the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Allahabad to decide the Execution Case No.12 of 1989 expeditiously. In view of the facts and circumstances set out in the petition, it is desirable that the Execution Case should be decided expeditiously.

The petition is, accordingly, disposed of with a direction that the Court below shall decide the Execution Case expeditiously preferably within a period of four months from the date a certified copy of the order is filed before the Court.
