C.M. W.P. No. 55094 of 2007
Smt. Deepa Sharma Vs. State of U.P. and others
Hon'ble Sudhir Agarwal, J.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
Against the selection for the post of Anganbari Karyakatri, the petitioner has already made representation raising his grievance before the District Magistrate, Etah on 01.10.2007 (Annexure-5 to the writ petition). It is said that the matter is pending and no order has yet been passed by the District Magistrate.
Learned Standing Counsel, appearing for the State-respondents fairly states that in case any such representation is pending the District Magistrate shall consider the same and pass appropriate order expeditiously.
In view of above, this writ petition is finally disposed of with a direction to the District Magistrate, Etah to pass appropriate order in accordance with law on the representation of the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
